we bill for providers who prescribe suboxone. Not for a facility who does. What are the questions?

Do you bill with E&M codes? or is there a CPT code for this some say H0001

I am billing for a DO (family practice) who is treating suboxone patients. Most insurances are billed with E&M codes and then the urine drug screens when done.
