Where is this located? I've read it has been uploaded since mid November but I am not finding on the CMS site (http://www.cms.gov/apps/physician-fee-schedule/search/search-criteria.aspx).

What exactly are you looking for?  If you are looking for the 2013 fee schedule for your area you should look on the web site for the contractor for your area.  For example, in NY I go to NGS website for the fee schedule.
