2013 Fee Schedule - Medicare

I am being told that I will be unable to load Medicare Fee schedules directly from Medicare into my billing system until Jan 14th.  What is consensus on holding off billings until I can load new rates or send in billings at 2012 rates?

Any insight on best practices would be appreciated!
