Physician/Office Manager Lists
RoVeada:
I would like to start a mail marketing campaign soon. I was wondering what advise anyone could give on obtaining a physician/office manager mailing list. I have looked at some companies on-line, but most I have contacted only verify once a year.
any help would be appreciated. thanks

YOU could purchase mailing lists, if you do a search you will come up with a TON of companies. Personally, I wouldn't waste my money. I prefer the good ol yellow pages, internet etc. If you can find a good mailing list at an affordable price it couldn't hurt, in this instance I would say if you are using a good contact management software than it might be worth it to buy a list in format you need. More important than your list is your ability to follow-up. Don't mail so much at once that you cannot follow up with at least 25-35% of your mailings. Keep track of all your mailings, make notes for each mailing in detail right down to what color you use for envelopes.

Thank you Linda. I appreciate it.

I started with my own health ins panel, then the good ole' interent and came up with 250 providers of a single specialty all within 2 hours driving distance from my home! It can be done, but you are unlikely to get office manager names unless you carefully review provider website, which is time consuming and may give outdated info...
I sent out 250 postcards a week ago...lots of clicks on my website, but no calls or inquiries yet.... :-\
good luck!
