Is there one site that lists each payer's processing turnaround time?

You'd never find such a list. A carrier is only going to disclose the legal amount of time they have to "acknowledge" a claim (not pay/deny). Commercial carriers are bound by the state dept of insurance for those rules. ERISA based plans are bound by federal regs.   Only in a perfect world will you find a carrier that will state we will process claims in 10 days.  ;D ;)
