Mental Health Phone Session

I bill for some mental health providers and they are wanting to do some phone sessions.  So far I have found out that one of our states' medicaid program (Bluecare/Tenncare) does not allow the codes 99441-99443.  Does anyone know if most insurance companies will or will not cover these codes?

I have never had an insurance to cover these codes when called to see if covered under the patients plan.

SAME here, they won't pay, the ONLY time I have seen any carrier cover this was for a patient who has CFS and had an ongoing case management case setup with Cigna which included medical necessity for the phone consult.
