New...but growing

Hello Everyone- I've been doing billing for 2 Chiropractors, and am going to start marketing a lot more soon in order to land new clients. I've been using free software attached to my clearinghouse (HEW). It's worked out pretty well so far. That said I realize I'll need some user friendly software that will grow as my business grows, and some decent tech support. I plan to branch out to do MD's as well. Can anyone recommend some decent software for under $1000.00? :)

If you are looking for a stand alone then I'd recommend TotalMD.  You can go to their website at www.totalmd.com and see their pricing.  I think they have two options under $1000.  Medisoft has one option under $1000.  There is also EZClaims but quite frankly I don't think it is that easy.  Those are the ones I can think of but hopefully some others will give you some ideas.
