Mental Health Codes for Psychcare

I received denials from Psychcare stating that medicaid patients have to be billed using the T and H codes..I'm having trouble decideing which T or H code would be the same as billing for a 90834?  Any thoughts?

Do you have a provider manual, or is it available online?  Usually they will list them in the provider manual.
