Enteral Nutrition Billing

I am having trouble understanding enteral nutrition billing- for example for B4159 (Compleat/250 ml).  It says that 1 unit=100 calories.   So if you use 2 packets per
day, for example, how do you calculate the units for billing?  Can someone educate me?  Thank you.
