Free sites to look up CPT Codes.
jsteely:
We had access to AUA for our practice , but it ended up being to costly. Now I need a place where I can look up CPT codes for what can be bundled together for appealing claims .
Any ideas ?

Your not going to find "free". The AMA has such a tight lock on licenses makes it so impossible for vendors to offer free lookups. You can't even get the CPT codes on Kindle.. AMA MONOPOLY. Best bet is to buy the books or use a vendor such as CodeRight.

Not sure specifically what you mean but this is pretty much common knowledge in the industry but you can always research it by googling AMA monopoly on CPT codes.

Linda is right. I had a client who used Office Ally on her own and she kept trying to figure-out why the CPT codes weren't preloaded like some of the DX codes were, although Office Ally had the blinking message for her to read, she'd ignore it and call them, lol. The AMA is gangster about their CPT codes. They don't play games w/them and you'll pay to access them is their motto.
