I am meeting with a new client next week. This is for Optometrist. I charge per claim rather then a %. How much is the going rate for per claim in MA.

Approximately $4-6.   But I don't do per claim, I do flat monthly fee for all services.

Just curious, is this price for full practice management or just submitting a claim?
