Payments for charges vary from Insurance Carrier to Insurance Carrier.  For a given Ins. Carrier, their payments vary from state to state.  Within a state, their payments vary from region to region.  With Medicare, payments vary from Region to Region.  Within a Region, payments vary by location.

For our state, for our Region, for our location, we charge about 150% of Medicare's allowable amount FOR US - for all charges, to all Insurance Carriers.  Do you know what that allowable amount is for you?
