REQUIREMENTS FOR A BUSINESS IN FL

Good Afternoon,

I currently live in Orlando, FL and I've been searching for a while on what are the state, federal, medical insurance, liability  insurance, and legal requirements to start a medical billing company in Florida. Unfortunately, I haven't come up with very much. Are there any check lists available or at least point me in the right direction? Thank You
