Is billing no fault & workers comp. more complicated then regular types insurance ?
If yes, could someone here explain me why and what please?
Thanks

It can be or it can be just as easy but reimbursement is slower. Sometimes there are attorney's thrown into the mix. You have to know your own states no fault and WC rules/procedures so I would start there.
I always tell people if they are going to take a client with more than 10% in WC, PI or NF insurance to rethink their method of charging the provider if they are charging on a % as these cases can become not only longer but the time to collect is longer as well and you won't receive a fair compensation for the time you put in.

I have a new question. As a DME company, how would worker's compensation be billed? In terms of prescription requirement, medical neccesity, clinical note, mobility evaluations, etc...? What is the actual process?
