What we have here is just one example of the bad communication skills between the US and offshore companies. I do not think you understood when I said "legal venue" has nothing to do with invoices. The legal venue is the place where legal actions reside.
ALL Offshore companies are NOT required to abide by any US federal or state regulations, with any breach the responsibility and liability falls to the US provider or the US based billing company. We will all agree it's "CHEAPER" to process claims overseas but the cost savings are NOT worth the legal risks.
