Profile picture and messages box

Hi All,

I am just logging into the forum after a week or so. I could not see my profile picture next to my name. Same case with other's profile name also. I am also not able to view the messages that I had sent to other users. Just want to know if others also have the same problem like I do? Please let me know. Thanks.

I have the same issues.   A couple of times over the past month or so, I have attempted to log on to the forum, and was unable to get on.   I am not sure what is going on.

I would guess that the server is crashing, or is being crashed (virus, denial of service attacks, or internal technical issues).  When they restore the server and / or software, they may have to restore from a backed-up copy of the software.  Restoring from a previous backup usually means that current data is lost (for example, any posts made within a certain time period of the crash).
