Home Health Care and Adult Foster Care Home

Hi everyone, 

I had someone e-mail me recently about billing for Home Health Care and Adult Foster Care through Medicare and Medicaid. I've never billed for any of these two, so I was wondering if I could get some tips/info?  I am fairly certain Medicare does not cover AFC care, I wasn't sure about Medicaid.  I live in Michigan...and I am researching it myself, I just wondered if anyone that has experience doing it could assist a bit!
