new to pqri....help !?!?

i know very little about pqri codes/coding....and was handed a patient w/pqri codes.  i know which of the "g" codes to bill, but what i need clarification on is this....i cannot bill a 99213 ofc visit along w/the G8404, G8410 and 2028F correct?  my understanding is medicare won't cover the 99....code because it's implied in the G code visit.
