New Website

You know I was joking, right? (Are any of the Bush daughters still available?)
Something to think about: I am a collector of information. I'm not a receiver of information. I'm a fast reader and scanner, and I go out looking for the info I want, when I want it. I do not sit and wait for someone to give information to me. I do not ever watch videos on a website that I am trying to get information from. They either have the info I want in print form, for me to scan quickly, or I next that website. I'm guessing that a lot of the traffic coming to your website will have the same approach that I do.
You should have in print, and beside the link to the video, whatever main points you make in the video. Otherwise, you probably won't get to make those points to a good portion of your traffic. They will next you too, rather than wait for information to arrive at the speed you determine for them. I would guess that most people surfing the internet for serious information want to acquire that information at their speed, not at a speed which you set for them. As stated, I know that I am that way.

Thanks for the comments Richard.
Whenever you break new grounds you take a risk. On the other hand, nobody ever made any money doing the same thing everyone else does. That is a recipe for failure.
Can medical billing be sold entirely on line? Time will tell; I think so, otherwise I would not be doing it.
During the past six months I have signed up about 20 new clients from my previous website, never meeting any of them. Marketing expenses are high so I don't make any money, but I expected that. Also as you know it takes 60 to 90 days before you see collections materialize. I would be lucky to break even with 20 clients for 2013.
My goal is to sign up one or two new clients every day, strictly on line, through my website(s); I plan to have four specialty websites.
With regard to explainer videos, here is some reading that would keep you busy for hours.

We have launched two sister websites besides the first one.
olympusdent.com ( For dentists)
olympuschiro.com ( For Chiros)
A fourth one for mental health professionals is under construction.
Our centerpiece of course is our explainer video, each one has a different one.
Why so many websites?
Each one has its own specific keywords which would be embedded in the website. I have also seen that many doctors in one specialty don't like cross overs.
Our focus is entirely digital marketing; we don't meet with our clients. To a certain degree it has worked, since we have acquired about 20 or so clients in the last six months. But since we have not made a profit, I cannot claim success.
Success is only when you make a profit consistently.
In the small sampling we have, I would say mental health professionals are our best clients.
Any comments would be appreciated, specially on our videos.
