Do you think teaching or training a medical billing/coding course at a trade school could be a service performed by my medical billing and collections corporation since right now I don't have any physicians or hospitals to bill for my new business? In other words, just for clarity of my question, can I get paid on 1099 contract or bill EIN instead of being an hourly employee of the school?

I would think it depends on the arrangement you have with the school. Remember the IRS has guidelines for independent contractors. They make the rules.
