Is everyone having difficulties reaching a rep @ Aetna these days.  If not, what's the best way to get through to a live rep please?

We have great difficulty in getting Aetna's rep over the phone. I am not sure if this is true but they kind of running with limited staff. I think they are giving some fax# inorder for us to send out the request but I guess it would not be same as before

PMRNC:
Would help if you narrowed down which office/state or plan since there are MANY Aetna offices.
