Hi everybody!

I saw this great article about claims submission and documentation requirements for Medicare patients who receive ambulance services.  It's a great reference although it was issued by CGS so other carriers details and guidelines may differ.  If you don't use CGS, it's still a great reference but make sure to confirm if you carrier guidelines differ in any way.
