HELP WANTED!!! I am in the process of looking for a marketing rep. Perfect candidate would receive commission to start, with opportunity to grow with us. Candidate should have good solid knowledge of medical billing. Candidate does NOT have to have experience, but knowledge is a MUST. Duties would involve social media marketing, writing for our newsletter, monitoring online chat and customer service. Knowledge of HTML is a PLUS but not necessary. NO OFFSHORE responses will be answered. Candidate must LIVE and work in the U.S. Must have strong communications skills, ability to follow directions, and a passion for the medical billing industry. I want to know how you pay these people, I may be interested in hiring similar person(s).

Hiring marketing people is a common interest, I am sure there are others who would want to know.
From what I have heard, commission based hiring does not work in this business.
