Will insurances pay for behavioral health counseling 90837 if it isn't done in the office?

where would it be done?  some insurances will pay for home visit but usually requires an authorization.

Michele:
It will vary by plan.   Medicare does cover it in the home, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
