Reimbursement Performance Analysis -- Collections Per Work RVU

I have located lots of information on this and why it is a key metric for reimbursement performance, however, I have not found much on exactly how to do -- it's very general. My practice management system provides an adjusted wRVU report also encompassing TRVU.

What is the calculation formula? Where can I find benchmarks per specialty/geographical location?

I am not sure if you have seen this article, but it does have some benchmarks for 2012, and discusses the formula for arriving at the wRVU:
