Executive Complaint Number BCBS of NJ

I'm looking for the Executive Complaint Number BCBS of NJ. If anyone has it can you please share. I'm hoping someone does.

Robert Marino is the CEO/President of Horizon BCBS..but if this is an ERISA based plan (more than 85% of plans are) then you are barking up wrong tree. Depends on what your problem is and the plan it's with.

I have Robert Marino info. No it's not an ERISA plan.
The National Provider Compliance Corporation is working with me on the issue and the fraud dept. with Horizon BCBS. Fingers cross it all will work out.

PMRNC:
So it's a govt plan or church plan?

I've come to actually like the ERISA plans appeal because the patients are the ones who have to get involved and more adverse claim decisions are overturned by ERISA appeals than non.
