Where can I go to learn all there is to know on HIPAA & BAA?

Go right to the source, I always say:

There is a whole section on BAA, also.

It always makes me happy when I see a new billing company want to learn HIPAA

I also like HCPro. www.hcpro.com I've taken a lot of their training and get a lot from some of their newsletters. Some of their courses are a bit pricey..but WORTH it. Very thorough!!!
Also if you skim the internet but look for "compliance resources" or "HIPAA compliance attorney's" you find a lot of law firms that specialize in HIPAA compliance and many of them have blogs.
