DME pricing

I have a potential DME client that is just starting out and only has one patient at the moment. I need help in trying to figure out a fair pricing structure.

If anyone can help that would be great.

What are the products (product) that this Co is providing?
DME is not easy. Lots of Federal oversight because of so much fraud. Can you tell us more. Assume there is a store front.

Hi Merry,

They are providing urological and surgical products.

Michele:
Maybe you could set up a flat fee based on the number of claims.  We have done that and it works out well when a company is growing.
