Anyone familiar with this Collaborative Care or General Behavioral Health Integration approach?

I'm particularly looking to how I might bill for the General BHI structure. If a provider sees a patient for more than 20 minutes in a calendar month, how would I bill for the additional time or am I limited to only one code per month? Would it be multiple units of 99484/G0323?
