AHCCCS Balance billing when AHCCCS is secondary

Hi

I am hearing that for AHCCCS patients, you cannot balance bill. If so, does that apply to cases even when AHCCCS is secondary insurance?

AHCCS Is Medicaid for AZ. They would be a payor of last resort and you wouldn't be able to bill the patient.
