Help! How do I bill an LPCA in the state of Kentucky?

Hello,

I'm an LPCC in Kentucky and have just brought on an intern who will be getting her LPCA very soon. Based on my own experience and that of others, I knew private practices were billing for the work that LPCAs were doing under supervision. However, I have been told my credentialing companies and one insurance company that I cannot bill for them unless they are credentialed with the insurance company themselves. But you can't do that because insurances won't credential LPCAs. So what do I do? How do I bill for her services?  I'm desperate for answers.
