CDPHP in New York

reaching out to NY billers. I am having a horrible time trying to get some of my providers credentialed into this network. I've left voicemails, emails and never hear back.

Does anyone have a contact over there?

OH they are horrible.. only had to deal with their Medicare Choice plan..
Did you try going through CAHQ?  http://www.cdphp.com/providers/join-our-network

thank you. Yes, I've seen this page. It's unclear which forms need to be filled out, and before doing this and charging my providers for the applications, I want to confirm the forms with them and also if there are openings in our zip codes. Been trying to reach them for weeks now.... ::)

I think you HAVE to go through CAHQ. Do you have a CAHQ ID?   Here is the CDPHP instructions for going through CAHQ, http://www.cdphp.com/~/media/Files/providers/CDPHP_CAQH_Application_Instructions.ashx  note at top their are phone numbers regardless of current participation.  I meant to give you that link before but gave wrong one by accident.
