I am not sure why you would be billing Psychiatric codes under POS 24.  Can you explain?

The ASC Payment Indicator - IN  means
Nonsurgical procedure not Medicare allowable in an ASC.

I have never billed for this type of facility so I am just going to make some suggestions since the revenue codes look correct.  Are you using the correct POS for your type of facility?  Are you sure that the carrier wants the claims on a UB and not on a 1500?  If you can provide the carrier that rejecting and the your state, I may be able to research it a little more for you.
