Any deadlines in 2015?

Hello,

I am new to this group and I am trying to start my own medical billing company from home. I am going thru the whole "getting my first client" phase. I have purchased the book which has been helpful. But I am wondering if there are any deadlines or submissions that are coming up in 2015 that I can use to get clients? Maybe Medicare? Anything?

The big one that comes to mind, that really matters in my opinion, is ICD-10. If I was a doctor or a practice looking to hire a biller/billing company, I would expect that biller/billing company to be completely educated on ICD-10, to the extent that if I knew nothing about it, they could educate me. And believe me, many doctors/practices are nowhere near ready for the conversion in October, assuming it is not delayed again.
