telehealth billing

We have 3 sites spanning 110 miles.  Can we bill for the E/M 99201 with the GT modifier + Q3014 within our own facility?  I can't find anything that covers this issue.

No, I read that article yesterday.  It would be helpful if we did telehealth with another doctor or clinic.  The issue is within our own clinics.  It was helpful in other ways though.  Thank you for your reply.
