Hi all
I have a question ,if any one can answer.
My client wants to hire an MSW. How can I bill services provided by MSW under supervision of LCSW.
Whose NPI to use and if any modifier.

You need to check your states supervision laws/requirements first and foremost before going in further with these questions.  Every state is different.  You may even get your answer to your NPI question.
