Hello,

I'm doing billing for an eye clinic in Southern California, an insurance company told
the office mgr. not to submit any claims electronically to them unless their system was
SSI compatible. I bill through their existing PM software (APEX). May I ask, what does
SSI compatible mean, and is APEX SSI compatible?
