Changing a payor ID in Medisoft

Hello, does anyone have any information on how to change a Medicare Freedom Blue PPO payor ID or NAIC number? I am a new biller for a very small Chiropractic office and use Medisoft version 11. We are also Navinet enabled which is how I process all Highmark claims.  As of January 1, 2015 the Freedom Blue PPO product will move from Highmark, Inc. to a new subsidiary called Highmark Senior Health Company.  All plans with the following prefixes:  HRT, TDM, USK and HRF will be affected.  So far since the beginning of he year I have one patient at this point that this change affects.  I have tried contacting the EDI operations number listed with no help.  Also have tried contacting Medisoft with no help.  I'm not sure how to proceed from here.  Thank you for any help I can receive.
