Errors & Ommissions Liability Insurance

As a medical billing service, I know that it is recommended that we carry e&o insurance.  Any recommendations for preferred insurance companies/  What is the average premium cost?

Carriers may differ among states. If you google Business Liability insurance or error and omissions insurance in your state, the companies will pop up. Geico is good one that handles Florida. The rest of the process is usually like obtaining a car insurance quote. As I was just starting my business, I just input my first year projected total revenue, and average total revenue for my largest (in my case only) account and they provided a quote.
