CAN YOU ALL HELP ME HOW TO BILL VACCINES WITH PHYSICAL INCLUDED. THEY KEEP ON DENIEING FOR THE COMPONENTS WHERE DO I GET THOSE AND PUT IN THE CLAIM?

You will need to add modifier 25 on the preventive code.  You will also need to have it on the E/M code as well.  You will then need to have the vaccine code then the admin code with modifier 59.  This will keep the whole claim from bundling.  I had to learn the hard way, this should get all of your claims paid  :D
