Locum billing

It's been a while since my provider has gone vacation. Just double checking that nothing has changed with billing for a locum provider.

We still use MD Q6 in box 24d and box 24J is still my physician NPI. We keep a log of who the  covering provider sees and have me initial the record.

If I'm missing anything please let me know or if I'm still good.
