Modifiers for post op period

It is my understanding that a cataract procedure has a 90 day post op period. The modifier when postop care is co-managed during this time period is 55- Postoperative Management Only.  Is there a different modifier if the post op period extends to 91-180 days? Thank you.

The post op period is 90 days.  I am not aware of another modifier to indicate that the post op period is extended.  I thought that any visits after the post op period would just be billed as individual visits since they are outside of the post op period.
