mobile diagnostic testing

I have a mobile diagnostic company and want to make sure we are getting all the reimbursement we are entitled to. We do genetic, hrt etc. What is the code for nonfacility coding. We also do blood testing for various things as well. Its my understanding we can bill the draw fee. The tc can also be billed but just not sure what all we can bill for. Also if its a health fair and testing is done by a nurse can we use the 99211 code. Please help.

No one here can give you codes to bill out.. at least I would surely hope no one would.. You don't have enough information really to say
