How long did it take you to sign your first client?

Michele:
Our first client was very small but we signed them about 3 months after we started.

kristin:
I work/worked for three billing companies. Two had their first client before they even started their companies officially, and the the third got their first client six months in.

williamportor:
It took me 4 weeks. I cold called 4 hrs a day X 5 days a week from Yellow Pages.com, one afternoon I called a Chiropractor in California, offered my services, and he said "yeah, I'm looking for a biller, when can you start?" I nearly fell out of my chair! 2 years later, I'm still doing his billing.  :)
