There are many independent billing services on this forum.  Are you looking for someone to give you information about billing services?  Are you looking into outsourcing and you would like to know what other's experiences have been?  Just not sure what info you are looking for.  :)

1.  Where is the practice located?

2.  What is the practice specialty?

3.  Newly established?  Established for a while?

4.  How informed are you about ICD-10.  Uninformed?  Reasonably Informed?  Well Informed?

5.  Are you the provider, or are you speaking on behalf of the provider?

6.  What percentage of practice is Medicare (roughly)?  (Medicaid)?

7.  Does the practice already use an EMR or Practice Management sytem - or do you need one provided?

8.  Do you want to work in the cloud, or stay in-house (can keep software and data in-house and biller can access remotely through GoToMyPc or an equivalent.  That is not considered "in the cloud" billing.
