Bundling or Unbundling for Rural Health

I am new to Rural Health billing and I am wondering does anyone know anything about how to bundle or unbundle.  I was told to bundle everything into 1 line injection and e and m on the same line and they are only going to pay us our rate of 81.32.  I just want to make sure that I am doing the bundling right.  I do know that after 4-1-2016 everything has to be unbundled.

This sounds like something specific to your area or insurance being billed.  Not really enough info to answer.
