I have a potential client that wants me to do home health billing VA is there anything special I need to know when billing VA home health

Do you know if it will be billed on CMS 1500 forms or UB04 forms?

UB04

Michele:
Have you billed on UB04s?  They are totally different but they really aren't that difficult.  It's just important to make sure you got the correct Rev codes.
