attending MD documentation requirements for resident MDs vs. mid-level providers

All I understand is that a billing physician’s documentation should not look like a teaching physician attestation statement for residents. It seems like there is more required in attesting documentation done by NPs and PAs, though strangely NPs/PAs can bill for performing procedures solo whereas residents cannot?
