Home Health Care Credentialing

Hello,

I have a home health care agency that would like to get credentialed for Aetna, BCBS, Tricare, United Healthcare and Medicare, GA Medicaid. I have done credentialing for Mental Health only. I would like to know what correct terminology would I use to communicate to these insurance panels that I want to credential home health. I have said those exact words and I have gotten no where. Can someone please help to steer me in the right direction.

That is strange.  If I were credentialing a home health agency (which I have) I would simply call and say "Can you tell me what I need to do to credential a Home Health Agency? They would like to be in network."
