We are going to be picking up a NP at the first of the year. I know she will have her on NPI # medicare and medicaid # but does she need to be credintaled
with any other insurance? Or do I just bill under the clinics #'s

You need to contact each carrier to find out their guidelines. Some contract NPs individually and some don't. Others may simply require that you report the NP to them, but the billing is done under the supervising physician.
